Trendy and historic come together in Aarhus, a town whose history dates back to the Vikings and is the second largest city in Denmark today. Thanks to the Aarhus University, the town boasts a laid-back vibe set amongst a medieval background. Aside from simply tucking into a coffee shop and soaking in the culture, or heading out at night to explore the lively pubs, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy.
