“Art for an urban re-evolution”, the second edition of Evento Festival promises a new perspective on the city, giving artists and thinkers the opportunity to help reinvent Bordeaux. Taking “the city” as its theme, Evento is the brainchild of Italian philosopher and humanist Michelangelo Pistolett, who believes that art is at the hub of social and urban change. Running until October 16th, the festival highlights international, contemporary, and multidisciplinary creations. Set design, ecology, politics, dance, geography, botany and philosophy all have a place in this wild freewheeling urban bazaar.
