Dubbed the “tourism capital of Jamaica,” Montego Bay is a great city to visit and the surrounding region is jam-packed with things to do. If you only have one day in Montego Bay and choose to spend it in the city, then you’ll want to squeeze in some beach time at Jamaica’s famous Doctor’s Cave Beach, do a bit of shopping and sample the local cuisine – try the Jamaican jerk chicken paired with a local Red Stripe beer.
