The City of Sin is known for being a non-stop party year-round. Las Vegas’ stock and trade, so to speak, is assuring visitors that they have a good time, that they can find whatever it is they desire, that they can indulge in any pleasure and any party they prefer while on vacation here. And if it’s a party 364 other days of the year, it’s definitely a party on Halloween.

It’s easy to say that Halloween in Las Vegas is routinely the biggest costume party in the world. In a town that likes to dress up anyway, it’s here you’ll see the most attractive ghouls, goblins, zombies, and undead day-walkers you’re likely to ever meet. So where’s the hottest spot? What’s there to do?

In short, there’s a whole city of activity out there just waiting for you, but if you’re all dolled-up (or ghouled-up) here are a couple of good options to make the most of your night.

Halloween in Las Vegas is more of a week-long extravaganza than just a one-off night. And if it’s partying you’re into, it’s never more of a club-going event than at The Palms. Though off the Strip, this new and chic hotel offers guests access to the Playboy and Moon Clubs where costumed partiers dance atop this skyscraper over the Strip with glowing floorboards and compete for a costume contest worth $10,000. And though these parties are about as nice as they come, there typically is an entrance fee.

The Las Vegas Halloween Parade will also have competitions for the best costumed participants at their free after-party, including prizes for Best Group Costume and Best Vegas Costume. Parade starts at 7pm on October 31.
