Well, it appears that the holiday season is fully upon us at last. Thanksgiving has stuffed our bellies to the brim, and all the little ones are looking hard at what the end of the year will bring—and hoping that it brings a fat Santa.

So if you find yourself in the holiday spirit and feel that the lights flickering on the Las Vegas Strip aren’t really doing it for you, fear not, Ethel M Chocolates & Cactus Garden is here to rescue you.

This three-acre Holiday Cactus Garden is just next door to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory, and come Christmas time, they bedeck more cacti than you could hope to imagine. Free to all who wish to stroll through the gates, this has been a recurring favorite of Las Vegas dwellers for several years now. In addition, the garden is offering a special 3-D display this year, in which some of the lights will take on special effects for those who don the glasses. The Holiday Cactus Garden is definitely a favorite for kids and adults alike.

After a stroll through the gardens, the chocolate factory is ready and waiting to give eager visitors free samples of chocolate and let prying eyes take a gander at their behind-the-scenes holiday production of chocolate artistry.

Sounding too wholesome for Vegas? Not by a long shot. Santa may be busy, but Vegas is still on his list.
