Since releasing her first best-selling album in 1985, Whitney Houston quickly cemented her position among the great icons of music history, clocking up seven consecutive number 1s on the Billboard chart, an acting career that included the cult hit The Bodyguard, and of course, the phenomenal success of ‘I Will Always Love You’, the best-selling female artist single of all time. In special tribute to the star, whose untimely death in 2012 devastated fans around the world, Madame Tussauds London unveiled a new wax figure of Houston on October 19th, welcomed to the museum by a 30-strong gospel choir.
