Los Angeles is one of the most exciting and happening places to be. And come New Year’s Eve the statement is, if anything, all the more accurate. The diverse array of people, the center of the film industry, the boom of recording studios and beautiful people make this never-small city by the sea an amazing place to ring in the New Year.

When you think of movies, invariably Hollywood and Los Angeles spring to mind. When all said and done, it is known as the movie capital of the world, and for good reason. This is one place that you can fully immerse yourself in the magic of the movies in many different ways.

One thing you’ll notice even before you leave the airport (and honestly, fly into Burbank if you can) is that Los Angeles is crowded, and its tourist spots are even moreso. I recommend going to Universal Studios, but I highly recommend going to Universal Studios under the auspices of a Skip-the-Line Tour. You’ll save yourself a lot of time otherwise spent baking in a hot line

I wonder if people in Los Angeles ever get bored. I don’t see how it’s possible. From Universal Studios to Hollywood to Venice Beach and everything in between (it’s a big city, after all), you could spend a year in the city sampling the sights and you’d still have plenty to show your folks when they come to visit.
