First up is the Mirabell Palace Gardens, part of where ‘Do Re Me’ was filmed. This beautiful landmark is covered with familiar sites, including the Pegasus fountain and the gnome dwarf park. Afterwards, head to Winkler Terrace, the ancient horse bath and the festival hall complex, where the Von Trapps performed ‘So Long, Farewell.’ But that won’t be the end of your trip, there are at least a dozen places to recreate moments from the influential tale, including the Sound of Music Meados in Marktschellenberg and Mozart Bridge, where Maria and the kids skip along in the film.
