Those in the know may try to keep this secret to themselves, but word is out about the number one shopping destination in Singapore – and it isn’t Orchard Road!

Haji Lane is quickly becoming Singapore’s premier shopping destination for the more discerning visitors who don’t want to feel like one of hundreds in a production line. Once a simple lane in the Muslim quarter of town, Haji lane is now a destination where designers, decorators and divas flock to offer their offbeat and totally unique wares.

Visit some of the staple flagships here such as The Blog Shop: a consignment space that rents space out to designers to showcase their most impressive creations. Collections change extremely regularly so there can be a pay off for persistent visitors!

As well as new designers, a string of vintage outlets line the lane as well and will impress even the most religious vintage aficionado. House of Japan has become the benchmark for vintage quality in the lane. There are also quirky stores sporting home wares that dominate the lane, in which you’ll find a million things you never knew you needed – and even more you never knew you wanted!

As you wander up and down the treasure trove lane, there are also multiple food and drink outlets that have put their own spin on “café culture.”

For those who take fashion seriously and want something unique and personal, Haji Lane is sure to deliver, surprise and delight.
