There’s more to Singapore than just the shopping! The international hub also boasts a wealth of natural attractions including one-of-a-kind animal encounters on Sentosa.

There is something for absolutely everyone on Sentosa – no matter the age or budget –  and it is a must-see for any tourist visiting Singapore.

Palawan Amphitheatre on Sentosa offers a range of extremely affordable animal encounters that are offered in roughly one hour time slots in the afternoon every day. There is an afternoon Lorry feeding in the bird aviary, a pose and photo encounter with various animals and an educational encounter where you will learn about some of the fascinating creatures from monkeys to reptiles housed in the ampitheatre. Palawan Amphitheatre is the perfect place for young kids to get up close and personal with exotic animals in a fun and educational way.

The world famous Singapore Zoo of course has a variety of stellar encounter options. Take a ride on the wild animal carousel where you and your small group will be taken on a private tour around the zoo on pony and carriage. Or if you want to get even closer, take a one hour elephant ride around the park, where you will get a bird’s eye view of all the wonders that the Singapore Zoo holds.

Wildlife Reserves Singapore offers a very different kind of animal encounter for those not afraid of the dark! The Reserve’s night safari takes you right into the animal enclosures of exotic species. Grab a once in a lifetime glimpse of what the world’s most famous animals are up to once the crowds go home.

While there are plenty of tours, they are also incredibly popular, so prebooking is recommended and a must for larger groups.
